1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the WatchLess application ("the App") or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Forge Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has consented to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@watchless.co.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

WatchLess offers tiered subscription plans (Lite, Pro, Expert). Details of these plans are provided in-app.

4.2 The Credit Economy

WatchLess operates on a resource-based credit system.

Monthly Allowance: Subscription credits are granted monthly and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Dynamic Pricing: You acknowledge that different tasks (Overview, Deep Dive, Visual Intelligence) consume credits at different rates based on video length, model complexity, and multimodal processing requirements.
No Cash Value:Credits represent a limited license to access computational resources and have no monetary or "real-world" value.

4.3 Payments & Refunds

Billing is handled via Apple's App Store. All purchases are final. Forge Labs LLC does not issue refunds for unused credits or partially used subscription periods.

5. Referral and Affiliate Program

Abuse of referral systems (e.g., creating fake accounts or automated sign-ups to farm the 250-credit gift) is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and forfeit all earned rewards for any user suspected of system manipulation.

6. Intellectual Property & Anti-Cloning

6.1 Ownership

WatchLess, its "Neural Engine" architecture, visual design, user interface (UI), grid-dot trade dress, and brand marks are the exclusive property of Forge Labs LLC.

6.2 Proprietary Logic

The specific implementation of "Visual Intelligence" and "Expert Consensus" agents represent proprietary trade secrets.

6.3 Protection Against Imitation

You agree not to copy the "look and feel," layout, or specific functional workflows of WatchLess. Forge Labs LLC will aggressively defend its trade dress and proprietary implementation against "clone" applications or services that seek to pass off our implementation as their own.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
Attempt to reverse engineer the WatchLess Neural Engine.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-Party Content (YouTube)

WatchLess provides analysis of publicly available YouTube content. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. WatchLess is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube or Google LLC.

9. AI-Generated Content & High-Stakes Disclaimer

9.1 Accuracy

AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies ("hallucinations"). Forge Labs LLC does not guarantee the veracity of any report.

9.2 No Professional Advice

WatchLess is for informational and research purposes only. It does not provide financial, legal, medical, or sports wagering/handicapping advice. You assume all risk for decisions made based on WatchLess reports. Forge Labs LLC is not liable for any financial losses, including betting losses, resulting from the use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORGE LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Forge Labs LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
